While I was abroad in Copenhagen, I spent several weekends traveling across Europe and exploring. This image comes from the first place I visited, Interlaken, Switzerland. I took this photograph mid-morning of one of the several mountains surrounding the town. When I took the image in the mountains in early February, I found it strange that there was no snow in Interlaken. However, there was plenty of snow at higher elevations and on the nearby ski lifts.
