On our first day in Interlaken, there were low-level clouds, frequent transitions between mist and moderate rain, and we were surrounded by steep mountains. While the weather made walking around less than ideal, it created beautiful photography conditions. I took this image looking up at one of the mountain peaks, except we obviously could not see the peak. When editing, I decreased the saturation and increased the contrast more than normal to make the trees stand out. I think yesterday's images and today's are my favorite two from Switzerland, as their simplicity creates appealing images.
